Mark Horsman, Managing Director of HC3 Ltd s is a Quantity Surveyor by trade, having worked all over the UK managing the building of gas-fired power stations.
In 2000 Mark with a young family and with work taking him further away from home for longer periods of time decided to follow his passion and set up a Housing Development company, which entailed successfully buying land, building houses and then selling them.
In 2013 the Company noted a gap in the market and moved towards commercial construction gaining a large client base within the education sector. As the company grew it became more involved in larger commercial projects in particular within the medical sector.
When not working, Mark enjoys a passion for motorsport as well as supporting his son who is a passionate junior tennis player. Mark enjoys long family walks with his wife Anne-Marie and their two cockapoos, Hollie and Alfie making the most of the beautiful countryside where he lives.
