Mark Horsman, Managing Director of HC3 Ltd s is a Quantity Surveyor by trade, having worked all over the UK managing the building of gas-fired power stations.

In 2000 Mark with a young family and with work taking him further away from home for longer periods of time decided to follow his passion and set up a Housing Development company, which entailed successfully buying land, building houses and then selling them. 

In 2013 the Company noted a gap in the market and moved towards commercial construction gaining a large client base within the education sector. As the company grew it became more involved in larger commercial projects in particular within the medical sector.

When not working, Mark enjoys a passion for motorsport as well as supporting his son who is a passionate junior tennis player. Mark enjoys long family walks with his wife Anne-Marie and their two cockapoos, Hollie and Alfie making the most of the beautiful countryside where he lives.

Alex brings to the Team HC3 Ltd table an abundance of energy, drive and positivity, in addition to the many client relationships she has established during her long career.

Before joining the world of construction 12 years ago, Alex headed up a number of Local Government departments which included organising Royal Visits and high-profile events, together with running the offices of Civic Dignitaries and Elected Members.

When Alex is not out and about networking at various events and meeting with clients, you will find her enjoying cycling around the countryside.   Alex has a passion for travel and enjoys spending time researching and visiting other countries.  When Alex is not travelling with her husband, Dan, she loves spending time entertaining and cooking for family and friends and spoiling her two teenage nephews, Samuel and Jacob.

Steve brings a wealth of experience in construction to Team HC3 Ltd and is responsible for the smooth operation of all of our sites including managing the on-site construction team.

Steve joined us following a career with McAlpines, Babcock Dyncorp and Simons Construction, where he was responsible for running a number of complex projects.

When Steve is not on-site, you’ll either find him walking his dog Myles or escaping for a weekend away with his wife in their caravan.
